Keelan Marlowe McMillan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started as a Contributing Writer for the Sun Herald in 2012 and continued to work as a Contributing Writer for various publications such as The Anniston Star and Alabama Banned Book Project in 2013. In the same year, they also interned as a Tusk Intern for The Tuscaloosa News.
In 2015, McMillan worked as a Communications Assistant for Bay Harbor Fest, where they maintained the festival's website, promoted it through social media, and interviewed musicians for Facebook. They also worked as a Freelance Writer for the Sun Herald during this time.
From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Teaching Assistant at Coast Episcopal School. In 2016, they became a Brand Ambassador for KREWE.
In 2019, McMillan joined tasc Performance as an Account Manager. Afterward, they took on roles with increasing responsibilities, including Southern Region Sales Director and currently serving as a Regional Sales Manager (Central) starting in 2023.
Keelan Marlowe McMillan attended The University of Alabama from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences with a focus on Journalism.
