Bill Smith

Bill leads TASC’s application development teams in building mobile applications, web applications, and cloud-based services. He brings more than 27 years of experience building software for location analytics, biotechnology, insurance, energy, and field service companies.

He has experience in the software industry managing vendors, contracts, budgets, product strategy, personnel and technical architecture. Prior to TASC, Bill led software engineering for Solomo Technology and held senior roles for Promega, QBE Insurance, Alliant Energy, and Metrix Inc.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
