Marianne Korol

Marianne Korol has over 15 years of experience in customer care supervision, currently serving as the Supervisor of Customer Care at TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation) since November 2007. In this role, Marianne oversees customer care operations for a nationally recognized Third Party Benefit Administrator and Human Resource Suite, managing a team of three leaders and approximately 55 front-line Customer Service Specialists. Additionally, Marianne has expertise in collaborating with the Office of Personal Management on the Combined Federal Campaign, addressing charity and donor concerns. Prior to TASC, Marianne worked as the Service Operations Manager at Integrated Communication Services from 1988 to 2007, where responsibilities included managing daily production for a major communication services company handling nearly two million calls annually and resolving customer relations issues. Marianne is a graduate of Assumption High School.
