Mohammed Al-Doseri has extensive experience in the field of information security. Mohammed started their career as an Account Manager at Batelco in 2006. Mohammed then worked as a Senior Information Security Specialist at Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain from 2008 to 2020, where they focused on compliance with security strategies and implementation of information security standards. In 2020, they became the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at ALJABR FINANCING CORPORATION, where they emphasized awareness of InfoSec developments and monitored IT security expenditure. Mohammed also served as the Chairman of the SAMA Cybersecurity Committee for the Financial Sector at Saudi Central Bank from 2020 to 2022. Mohammed later joined Tasheel Finance in 2020 as the CISO for the company and its group companies, where they were responsible for creating security strategies and implementing security measures. In 2021, they became an Advisory Board Member for the CISO Forum and an International Advisory Board Member for CCISO at EC-Council. In 2022, they joined Procco Financial Services as the CISO and also became a Cybersecurity Committee member for the Financial Sector at SAMA. Overall, Mohammed Al-Doseri has demonstrated expertise in information security management and has held significant leadership roles in various organizations and committees.

Mohammed Al-Doseri's education history is as follows:

Between 2000 and 2006, they attended the University of Bahrain, where they obtained a BSc in Management Information System.

In 2008 and 2009, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Islamic Finance at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance - BIBF.

In 2010 and 2011, they engaged in Professional Development at AAOIFI, focusing on becoming a Certified Shari'a Adviser and Auditor.

In 2011, they completed an IT service management certification, ITILv3, at NIT.

In 2013, they obtained a Professional Certificate in ISO 27001 lead auditor from Bureau Veritas (Professional Certification).

Additionally, Mohammed Al-Doseri has obtained several certifications outside of their formal education. These include certifications in creating a high-performance culture, foundations of performance management, human resources confidentiality, managing employee performance problems, conducting performance reviews, personal branding on social media, and becoming a Certified Intelligent Executive Leader through the Global CIO Forum.

Mohammed has also acquired certifications in safeguarding customer credit card data, setting team and employee goals using SMART methodology, strategies for the first 90 days in a new job, virtual performance reviews and feedback, incident management, CompTIA Data+, data strategy, strategic thinking, the benefits of procrastination, cybersecurity, vulnerability management lifecycle, data protection, and operationalization of MITRE ATT&CK.
