Mohamed Rafi possesses a diverse professional background with experience in various roles within the construction and business sectors. Currently, Mohamed Rafi works at Construction General Contracting House Ltd. since March 2023, while simultaneously serving as a Typist and Visa Coordinator at Tamouh Integrated Business Services (TIBS) since September 2021. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Tasheel starting in January 2013 as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant and Typist, and a position in customer service at Irada Projects. Academically, Mohamed Rafi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jaipur National University and has completed training as a Japanese Interpreter and Tour Guide.

TASHEEL Agent: - Registering new users and providing them with User ID and Password - Training clients on using the Tas’heel online system. - Ensuring error free transactions are being carried out by every client trained on the program. - Providing technical support and assistance. - Picking up the physical applications, sorting the documents and archiving them using the metro-filing system. - Preparing the archives in order to be picked up by Ministry of Labour.
