Shradha Kadam has held a variety of roles since 2005. Shradha began their career as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at airtel in 2005, and then worked as a Venue Marketing Executive at Royal Palms India in the same year. Shradha then joined Tata Consultancy Services Limited in 2007 as a Senior Associate. In 2011, they moved to Athena Communications Partners as a Team Leader. Finally, they joined Task Papa in 2013, where they held the roles of Vice President Operations, Assistant Vice President Operations, and Operations Manager.
Shradha Kadam attended the University of Mumbai from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
