Kritika Saroj began their work experience as a Graduate Engineer Trainee-Intern at Indian Farmers Fertiliser Coop Ltd in 2012. Kritika then moved on to work as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Videocon Consumer Durables from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined iPQ Consultancy where they served as a Team Leader in R&D and Sales from May 2015 to August 2016, and later became the Managing Director from August 2015 to January 2018. Kritika then worked at Grammer AG as a Technical Customer Manager from February 2018 to July 2018. Kritika'smost recent role was as an Account Manager at TASKING starting in October 2018.

Kritika Saroj completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Business Management from the International Graduate Center - Hochschule Bremen (IGC) between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Gautam Buddha University from 2009 to 2013.
