Pawel Pacan

Pawel Pacan is currently the Head of Operations at TaskMaster Resources, where they lead operational strategies to enhance productivity and service excellence in the recruitment sector. Previously, Pawel held various roles, including Regional Operations Director at Mach Recruitment Ltd and Senior Client Services Area Manager at NHS Professionals. Between 2011 and 2016, they contributed significantly to gap personnel, starting as a trainer and ascending to head onsite operations in Yorkshire and the Midlands. Pawel began their career in recruitment as a consultant at Three Way Solutions from 2007 to 2009. They earned their degree from the University of Wroclaw between 2001 and 2004.
