James Martin

James Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural competency. Currently serving as a Senior Culture & Inclusion Specialist at TaskRabbit, James leads DEIB initiatives and develops comprehensive training programs. James has also held positions such as Customer Success Manager and Orientation Facilitator at TaskRabbit, and Correspondent & Host for Marvel Studios. In addition, James co-hosts and produces the Minority Korner podcast at MAXIMUM FUN, INC. and has made significant contributions as a Teaching Artist for the National Queer Theater, fostering educational partnerships and developing inclusive curricula. James founded the Icon Dance Collective and has a rich background in theater, having worked with various organizations to promote social awareness through the arts. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
