Joy Ames

Joy Ames is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in lifecycle and partner marketing, currently serving as the Director of Lifecycle & Partner Marketing at TaskRabbit since December 2020. Previously, Joy held the position of Director of Customer Campaigns at HumanN and managed marketing efforts for various organizations, including a contract position at Jackie White, REALTOR® and a senior managerial role at Quotient Technology Inc. Joy's career also includes significant roles at Sports Authority and Merkle, where achievements included notable increases in key email marketing metrics and the successful optimization of marketing strategies. Joy's commitment to making a difference is highlighted by a sabbatical in Africa and serving on the Board of Directors for Bands for Lands, a non-profit dedicated to sustainability. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from National American University.
