Alee Agbayani

Alee Agbayani, CPA, MBA, currently holds the position of Senior Director - Global Finance Transformation at TaskUs, a role undertaken since March 2018, which follows various finance leadership positions, including Director of Finance - Head of Global Accounting Shared Services and Profitability Enabler Director (Global Head of FP&A). Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Finance Manager at Expert Global Solutions, where Alee led the implementation of the Record to Report (RTR) strategy, and as Country Finance & Accounting Head at A.P. Moller - Maersk, overseeing finance and accounting operations while ensuring compliance with regional standards. Alee's extensive background also encompasses training development and SAP implementation across multiple global regions. Alee holds an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a BS in Accountancy from Philippine School of Business Administration.
