Amy Sargent has over 15 years of experience in benefits and human resources management. Currently, Amy serves as Benefits Manager for TaskUs, overseeing benefits for the US, Canada, and Europe since September 2019. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union, including HR Specialist III and HR Specialist II, from January 2015 to September 2019. Amy began a career in benefits at Zachry Group as a Benefits Specialist II and I from June 2012 to January 2015, and previously worked as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Aflac from April 2008 to June 2012. Amy holds two Associate's Degrees in Business Administration and Economics from St Philip's College, completed in 2007.
