Aparna Veera

Aparna Veera is a seasoned executive in the business process outsourcing industry with extensive experience in operations management and strategic client relationships. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Alliances at TaskUs since September 2021, Aparna previously held the position of Senior Director at Sitel, where responsibilities included managing P&L and service delivery for a large strategic client in the financial sector. Prior to Sitel, Aparna was a Senior Director at TELUS International Philippines, overseeing client relationships and service delivery across multiple sites and verticals. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations at EXL, where revenue and client retention significantly improved, and as AVP Operations at Wipro Limited. Early career experiences include managerial roles in sales, marketing, and production control. Aparna holds a BA in Economics from Swami Vivekanand College, Mumbai University and an SSC in Advanced Mathematics from Nichols School.
