Aravind Krishnan

Aravind Krishnan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Southeast Asia Private Equity at Blackstone since February 2013, Aravind has a strong focus on sectors including software, consumer, digital businesses, media, and education. Additionally, Aravind holds board member positions at Xpressbees, Simplilearn, Aakash EduTech, and Aakash Educational Services, and has been a private equity investor at TaskUs and Blue Yonder. Prior to these roles, Aravind worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, earning the highest performance rating, and completed an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School after receiving a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
