Aruna Balammal

Aruna Balammal is a Senior Behavioural Scientist at TaskUs and a dedicated behavioral science enthusiast with over 15 years of experience in academics and research. They have served as a faculty member and MDP Coordinator at Icfai Business School-Bangalore and have held teaching positions at various institutions, including Christ University and NIT Calicut. With a PhD from IIT Madras focused on organizational behavior, Aruna has a deep expertise in psychometric assessments, HR analytics, and organizational development. They are also a certified Art Therapist and co-author of a booklet addressing domestic violence in corporate settings. Currently, Aruna engages in independent research and consultancy.
