Bireswar Singh

Bireswar Singh is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the BPO industry, specializing in AI-led services and service delivery excellence. They held key positions at several leading companies, including Chief Executive Officer at Scribie, where they are currently building an AI-powered content service provider. Previously, Bireswar served as Country Head for Teleperformance in the Philippines, managing operational delivery and business development, and as Managing Director for the largest domestic BPO in India, overseeing a workforce of more than 40,000. They also gained valuable insights as Head of the Manila Bid Support Center at IBM and have been involved in significant project transformations throughout their career. Bireswar earned an MBA in Systems Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
