Chelsea Roman

Chelsea Roman, MSc, serves as the Global Lead for Social Impact and Inclusion at TaskUs since September 2018, where responsibilities include aligning corporate social responsibility and diversity initiatives with organizational values. Prior roles at TaskUs encompass Senior Manager and Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility, focusing on expanding social responsibility programs and fostering cross-functional collaborations. Chelsea co-founded Hound Haven PH, Inc., where the mission is to promote animal welfare and provide retirement and rehabilitation for military working dogs in the Philippines. Previous experience includes consultancy at The Asia Foundation and public relations roles at McDonald's Philippines and DDB GROUP PHILIPPINES. Chelsea holds a Master of Science in Strategic Public Relations and Communication Management from the University of Stirling and an AB in Literature from Ateneo de Manila University.
