Chico Inong

Chico Inong is the current Vice President of Operations at TaskUs. Chico has over 15 years of experience in the industry, and has held various positions at both NCO Group and Expert Global Solutions.

Inong first started at NCO Group in May 2004, where they eventually became the General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for growing a Telecommunications program launched in October 2009 to 650 FTE through 2010. Chico was also in charge of overall performance in service level agreements, objectives and account profitability. Furthermore, they oversaw Operations, Workforce Management, Training, Quality, Business Management, Process improvements, Profit and Loss for the company. Chico reported directly to the Assistant Vice-President during their time at NCO Group.

In July 2012, Inong left NCO Group to join Expert Global Solutions as their Senior Director. While at Expert Global Solutions, they launched a Telecommunications program in NCO’s 2nd site in the Philippines and grew the account to over 1,000 FTE in a span of 7 to 8 months in collaboration with Project Manager and Site Vice President. Furthermore, they oversaw Operational and Quality performance of multiple lines of business with a monthly revenue of $2M. Chico also oversaw Training, Quality and Business Process Improvements and Workforce and Business Management supporting multiple offshore and onshore NCO sites. Chico reported directly to the Site Vice President, Program Assistant Vice-President while at Expert Global Solutions.

In June 2015, Inong left Expert Global Solutions to join TaskUs as their Vice President of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing TaskUs’ operations team globally.

Throughout their career, Inong has been recognized for their accomplishments. While at NCO Group, the program they were responsible for ranked top site among 8 service partners in the client’s balanced scorecard in Q3 and Q4 of 2010. Furthermore, while at Expert Global Solutions, the site was ranked 5th for the client’s critical metric among 36 service partners.

Chico Inong has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Informatics Computer Institute and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of the Philippines.
