Christia Sabado has extensive experience in team leadership and operational management, particularly in the role of Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead at TaskUs from July 2022 to November 2023. Responsibilities included managing daily operations, ensuring team adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), training and developing team members, and serving as a liaison between management and the team.
