Cynthia Ramirez, MS IDT, is an accomplished Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Consultant with extensive experience in the development and delivery of training programs across various organizations. Current responsibilities at TaskUs include leading Front End Analysis with Subject Matter Experts, designing training content, and applying adult learning theory to create engaging eLearning modules for Google. Prior experience as a Project Manager at Vig involved coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring quality deliverables, while roles at Round Rock ISD included developing training programs and conducting needs assessments.
