Darryl Hill

Darryl Hill is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in operations and customer experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations EMEA & Americas at TaskUs since May 2024, Darryl previously held key leadership roles including Executive Vice President at Everise and SVP of Operations & Delivery at Concentrix, where responsibilities included P&L management and multi-sector CX delivery. During a notable tenure as Managing Director of Shared Services at Capita, Darryl earned the Capita Plc Leadership Gold Award in 2016 and led the largest BPO HR Shared Service Centre in the UK. With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships, Darryl has consistently driven growth and service excellence throughout a career that began with roles in business development and operations management. Darryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern English & Communications from the University of Bedfordshire.
