Diane Alueta

Diane Alueta serves as the Director of Compensation at TaskUs since January 2017, previously holding the position of Senior Manager of Compensation for SEA. Prior experience includes roles as a Certified Financial Planner at Sun Life Financial from March 2015 to 2017 and HR Consultant at Regus, along with an HR Team Lead role focusing on Compensation and Benefits at the same company. From October 2008 to June 2014, Diane was an Actuarial Supervisor for Research and Valuation at Maxicare Healthcare Corporation, after initially serving as an Actuarial Assistant in the same department. Earlier in the career, Diane worked as an Underwriting Assistant in the Motor Car division at PNB General Insurers Co., Inc. Diane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of the Philippines, obtained in 2004, and completed high school at Colegio De Sta. Rosa De Lima in 2000.
