Emanuelle Erazo

Emanuelle Erazo is a Staff Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in psychology and organizational development. They have previously worked as an HR Coordinator at Macrotics and as an HR Talent Acquisition Officer at Accedo Technologies, where they led various employee relations committees and standardized psychological profiles to enhance recruitment processes. Currently, Emanuelle continues to excel in talent acquisition at TaskUs while also serving as President of the Employee Relations Committee for TaskUs Colombia. Emanuelle earned a degree in Psychology from Universidad ICESI and has additional training in labor discharges and employee development.
