Isabel Bernal

Isabel Bernal is the Vice President of Culture at TaskUs Philippines, a position they have held since 2016. Previously, Isabel worked in human resources at The Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company from 2005 to 2011, and served as the Director of Human Resources at Regus from 2012 to 2016. They also have experience as a part-time lecturer in Mathematics and Economics at the University of the Philippines and Ateneo de Manila University, respectively. Isabel earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Ateneo de Manila University in 1998.
