Jan Julian

Jan Julian is an accomplished IT leader currently serving as the IT Director of Applications at TaskUs and a professor at the Lyceum of the Philippines University. Previously, they held positions at Concentrix as an Associate Director of Information Technology, where they optimized workforce management and automated incentive processes, resulting in significant cost savings and improved operational efficiency. Jan began their career with Convergys in various roles, including Manager of Operations Deployment and Information Technology Solutions Manager, where they led cross-functional teams and implemented process improvements. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Lyceum of the Philippines - Laguna.
