Jeanette Lim

SVP, Operations at TaskUs

Jeanette Lim is the SVP of Operations at TaskUs. Jeanette has over 17 years of sales and operations experience in the IT industry, spanning across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Australia, and New Zealand.

Jeanette started their career as a Business Development Executive at CrimsonLogic, before moving on to Fuji Xerox Singapore as a Major Account Manager. In this role, they managed major accounts in the Government and Healthcare sectors.

In 2011, Jeanette joined IBM as a Sales Manager. Her responsibilities included leading a team of sales professionals and driving growth in enterprise content management sales. During their time at IBM, they were also responsible for growing the company's presence in Singapore.

In 2014, Jeanette left IBM to join Gartner as a Regional Account Director. In this role, they were responsible for managing Gartner's relationships with key accounts in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.

In 2017, Jeanette joined SAP as a Senior Solution Sales Specialist for Database and Data Management. In this role, they were responsible for driving sales of SAP's database and data management solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.

In 2021, Jeanette joined TaskUs as the SVP of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for leading TaskUs' global operations team and driving operational excellence across the company.

Jeanette Lim completed a Bachelor in Business with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) at Nanyang Technological University. Jeanette also has a Diploma with merit in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Their manager is Stephan Daoust, COO. They work with Catherine Wang - VP, Operations, Jon King - VP, Operations, and Hemi Sehgal - SVP, Operations & Geo Head.
