Jinela Ramos is currently the Business Insights Team Lead at TaskUs, a position they have held since 2024, after serving as a Business Insights Analyst from 2022 to 2024. Prior to joining TaskUs, Jinela worked as a Risk Underwriting Analyst at Home Credit Philippines from 2018 to 2021 and as a Licensed Financial Advisor at AXA Philippines from 2020 to 2022. Jinela earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines Diliman, graduating in 2018.
