Prior to this, Joe worked as a Middle School Mathematics Educator at Madison Elementary School District from August 2020 to February 2022 and as a Middle School Educator at Community Consolidated School District 93 from August 2014 to August 2020. Joe holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Education in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from Illinois State University.
