John Catalan

John Catalan is an experienced training and learning management professional with a diverse background in instructional design, trainer development, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Experience Manager at TaskUs since April 2021, John has previously held roles including Training Lead at amaysim, where responsibilities included managing instructional design solutions and trainer development, and Director of Training at Transcom, overseeing implementation and improvement of training programs for 1,500 employees. Additional experience includes positions at Concentrix and Teledevelopment Services, focusing on soft skills development and customized training materials. John began a career in education as a Faculty Member at Marist High School, teaching English and Social Studies.
