Jovan Rakic

Jovan Rakic is currently an Operations Manager at TaskUs, where they focus on enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a collaborative team environment. Jovan's academic background includes a Master's in Customer Operations & Relationship Management from 24ORE Business School and a Master's degree in Serbian as a foreign language from the University of Belgrade.
