Karla Bravo

Karla Bravo is currently the Learning Experience Director at TaskUs and the Global Training and Quality Director at Teleperformance in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. With extensive experience in training and operations management, they have held various roles at Teleperformance, including Global Senior Training Manager and Senior Training Manager. Previously, Karla served as an Operations Manager at Connect International, LLC, and a Learning Manager at Sitel, where they developed training programs and maintained collaborative relationships with operations. They began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Aval Card in 2006. Karla is pursuing further education at UNIVERSIDAD AMERICANA - UAM.
