Lina Montoya is an experienced project executive and manager currently employed at TaskUs since October 2020. Prior to this role, Lina served as the head of innovation projects at BTi Laboratorio de Prototipado from August 2018 to October 2020, leading design teams in new product development and efficiency improvements. From January 2015 to July 2017, Lina was a senior designer and developer at BTI Fábrica de Innovación e Ideas, where a restructuring of design processes resulted in a 40% sales increase. Earlier, as a design intern at bigD Design and Innovation Consultancy, contributions included developing 3D printed prototypes and enhancing an acoustic probe device. Lina holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Antwerp Management School and a degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
