Melissa Go

Melissa Go is an Operations Director with 16 years of experience in the BPO industry. Over the years, they have held various roles including Training & Quality Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Director of Operations, demonstrating strong leadership in managing large-scale operations and strategic initiatives. Currently, Melissa serves as the Director of Operations at TaskUs, while also having worked as the Campaign Manager at Rogers Hollow Consulting, where they enabled significant business growth. They are an advocate for the MLBA initiative at Alorica, fostering a collaborative and inclusive company culture. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Miriam College.
