Mohammed Sarfaraz

Mohammed Sarfaraz is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in team leadership and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Quality Manager at TaskUs since April 2021, Mohammed oversees a team of six team leaders across more than twelve accounts, focusing on auditing calls to identify training needs. Prior to this, as a Quality Supervisor, responsibilities included mentoring team members and establishing effective strategies for achieving team goals. Mohammed's previous roles include positions at ByteDance, Webhelp, Genpact, OPTIMUM INFOSYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, and Randstad India, where responsibilities spanned operations management, performance oversight, and quality analysis.
