Nikos Stavropoulos

Nikos Stavropoulos is the Vice President of Multilingual Operations at TaskUs, where they lead strategic growth initiatives and manage multilingual and multicultural operations across Europe. With over 18 years in the business process and outsourcing industry, Nikos has successfully overseen large-scale operations, including ramping up teams and achieving high KPIs in diverse environments. Prior to TaskUs, they held various roles in client operations and IT support, honing their expertise in service delivery, budget management, and customer relationships. Nikos holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering from the University of West Attica and is certified in COPC and Lean Six Sigma.
