Phil Hernandez

Phil Hernandez serves as the Vice President of Sales Services at TaskUs, overseeing global service line revenue and strategy for outsourced sales and lead generation services since March 2024. Concurrently, Phil is an Executive Member at Pavilion. Previously, Phil was the Head of Revenue at VIIZR, where responsibilities included managing all go-to-market functions for a startup joint venture with Ford Motor Co. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales at Dodge Construction Network and Chief Revenue Officer at Integrated Media Services, where Phil successfully modernized organizations and drove significant revenue growth. Earlier experience encompasses key sales leadership positions at Zonda, Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, G/O Digital, Miller Motorsports Park, and Swire Coca Cola, USA. Phil holds a BBA in Marketing from Harding University.
