Pulkit Khatri

Pulkit Khatri is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the customer service and shared services industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Site Operations Leader at TaskUs since May 2021, Pulkit previously held roles such as Senior Director of Operations and Director of Operations. Prior to TaskUs, Pulkit was Associate Vice President at STARTEK and Head of Customer Service at Airbnb, where significant contributions included building a team of over 500 full-time equivalents for Global Customer Service Omnichannel support. Pulkit's career began at Convergys, where a lengthy tenure from May 2004 to March 2018 culminated in a Senior Manager position, involving the development of the Chat/Voice team for a major client. Pulkit holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
