Sameer Gurnani

Sameer Gurnani currently serves as the Senior Director of Workforce Management at TaskUs since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sameer held the position of Director of Workforce Management at Concentrix from February 2014 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading Workforce Management As A Service and overseeing workforce management consulting, transitions, and delivery. Sameer also has extensive experience in workforce management shared services and project management from previous roles at IBM Global Process Services, Vertex India Ltd, and HCL Technologies, dating back to 2002. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Amity University, and dual Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
