At Lotus Workforce, Sanjay effectively managed payroll for 1,000 employees and developed a monitoring dashboard for vendor productivity. Sanjay continued to excel at eClerx by overseeing payroll compliance for over 16,000 employees and successfully passing multiple audits. As Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Dainik Bhaskar Group, Sanjay innovated the Full & Final process, achieving a 75% efficiency improvement through automation. In a prior role at Technotask Business Solutions, Sanjay implemented HR process automation using various technologies while overseeing a team.
