Sheila Ambrose, CPTM, is a seasoned Learning Experience Program Leader with extensive experience in instructional design and technical training strategy. Currently, Sheila serves as a Senior Instructional Design Lead at TaskUs, where they lead a talented team supporting Waymo, and also holds positions as a Resilience Process Specialist and Process and Change Management Director at Waymo and Kellogg Process Management, respectively. Previously, Sheila excelled in roles across various industries including technology and finance, notably managing training programs that significantly boosted sales and improved organizational performance.
