Shilpa Sharma

Shilpa Sharma is an experienced project executive currently working at TaskUs since May 2022, focusing on program management within the PMO framework. Prior to this role, Shilpa spent eight years at Toluna Corporate, where employment as a Lead Project Manager encompassed full service and digital services across the Asia Pacific region. Shilpa's career began in project management at Toluna Parent Company and included various senior roles in Asia Pacific and North America. Earlier experience includes leadership at HyperQuality, Inc. managing quality operations with major clients, as well as customer care with Convergys for the AT&T portfolio. Shilpa holds a Professional Diploma in Human Resources from the All India Management Association and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy (Hons) from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University, complemented by Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
