Sonu Balotiya

Sonu Balotiya is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at TaskUs since May 2025, Sonu's responsibilities include grievance handling, people management, and policy adherence. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Manager at GoSource Digihub Private Limited, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment, employee grievances, compliance, and payroll management.
