Twinkle Sharma is currently a Senior Learning Experience Leader at TaskUs, where they focus on training needs analysis, facilitation, and learning and development to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance. Previously, Twinkle held various roles, including Business Development Executive at Transcripto Business Services and Support Associate at Instacart. They also served as a Counselor at ISBA Institute of Professional Studies before advancing to the learning experience leader role at TaskUs. Twinkle earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Indore Institute of Science & Technology, completed in 2017.
