Vanessa Pińa

Vanessa Pińa is an experienced instructional designer and learning experience consultant currently employed at TaskUs since July 2022, where responsibilities include conducting front-end analyses, developing SMART learning objectives, and creating comprehensive training content. Prior to this role, Vanessa worked at Round Rock ISD from August 2014 to July 2022, focusing on learning and development, identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and serving as a dual language teacher and interventionist. Earlier experience includes serving as a recreation program specialist for the City of Austin, where program development and staff training were key responsibilities. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language Acquisition and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in May 2012.
