Violaine Duchateau

Violaine Duchateau is an accomplished leader in client services with extensive experience in the digital outsourcing industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at TaskUs since February 2020, Violaine has played a pivotal role in launching and growing the Europe Client Services group, overseeing a team that supports rapidly expanding European scale-ups. Prior to this, Violaine held various leadership positions at TaskUs, including Senior Director and Director of Client Services, where responsibilities included launching the NYC-based team and managing client satisfaction and revenue for technology clients. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Customer Success at Jumpshot Inc., Key Account Director at Webhelp, and consultant at Estin & Co. Violaine holds a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.
