Zahid Khan

Zahid Khan is currently the Sr. Manager of Workforce Management at TaskUs, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Zahid managed workforce management at Convergys from 2017 to 2022, and held various roles in customer service and operations, including Lead WFM at IBM Daksh and Operations Team Leader at Tech Mahindra. Zahid began their career as a Customer Service Representative at DishTV and worked as an Executive at GE Money Financial Services Private Limited. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies at Chaudhary Charan Singh University, which they have attended since 2003.
