Gemma Bundy is the People & Impact Manager at Tasman Environmental Markets. Gemma has been with the company since July 2016, when they started as the Personal Assistant to the Executive Chairman. In this role, they were responsible for many aspects of the businesses administration, including Payroll, invoicing, property and office management, and bank reconciliation.

In December 2021, Gemma was promoted to People & Impact Manager. In this role, they are responsible for leading Tasman Environmental Markets' efforts to create a positive impact on people and the environment. This includes developing and implementing programs that improve employee well-being, reduce environmental impact, and engage stakeholders.

Gemma Bundy's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability Studies from Murdoch University, a Digital Marketing certification from the Toyota training institute, and bookkeeping and property management certifications from the Chisholm Institute.

They are on a team with Sarah Scopel - CFO, Alexander Lewis - Chief Commercial Officer, and Ian Dobbs - Head, Trading. Gemma Bundy reports to Adrian Enright, CEO. A direct report to Gemma Bundy is and Christine Hansson - People Coordinator.
