James Moulder

Non-Executive Director at Tasman Environmental Markets

With over 15 years experience in the development of carbon trading in both New Zealand and Australia, James is co-Founder of TEM and has held senior executive positions during his career as a trader and risk manager. James’ expertise in trading commodities has been put to use in the design of Singapore’s electricity trading market and in the development of structured derivatives for the commissioning of large assets in New Zealand.

A graduate of Victoria University of Wellington and Harvard Business School, James is currently the Chairman of the New Zealand Electricity Authorities Market Development Group.

James is leading the carbon trading function of TEM and the development of the Blue Halo Digital Platform.
