Muhammad Al-Mulla possesses extensive experience in SAP security, IT support, and service management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Section Head of SAP Security & IAM at TASNEE since December 2004, Muhammad has significantly enhanced operational efficiency, customer loyalty, and compliance through quality assurance audits and the implementation of robust security policies. Previous roles at TASNEE included Professional II in SAP Security & Control and SAP Basis and Security, where responsibilities involved ensuring data integrity and maintaining optimal system performance. Earlier, Muhammad contributed to Saudi Aramco as an IT Help Desk Professional and SAP Help Desk Agent, providing technical support to users and resolving a range of IT challenges.
