Sheharyar Khan, CFA, MBA, ACCA, currently serves as Principal Advisor for Strategy and M&A at TASNEE since August 2025, following a role as Investment Advisor at TriNeo Energy Inc. leading acquisitions for a renewable energy platform. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Corporate Development at TAQA, where significant M&A initiatives, capital raising, and sustainable energy market expansions were undertaken, including leading the $700 million IPO of Arabian Drilling and negotiating a major acquisition in the MENA region. Earlier roles involved financial analysis and investment strategy development at Rashed Abdul Rahman Al Rashed & Sons Group and Bahri & Mazroei Group, along with a freelance analytical practice. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University.
